In order to facilitate the operation of BREAKFALL.NET and provide specific services, the owners and operators of BREAKFALL.NET may collect personally-identifiable information including, but not limited to, a user's first name, email address, birthdate and location.

Some of this information is optional; you are under no obligation to provide it.  Other pieces, such as email address and birthdate, are required.   

Use of Your Data

BREAKFALL.NET uses your information to create personalized pages, provide birthday greetings, and contact you with important information, among other tasks.  You grant BREAKFALL.NET permission to use such data for whatever purposes they see fit within the BREAKFALL.NET community.

However, BREAKFALL.NET will not sel, loan, trade or give your information to third parties for the purposes of advertising or ther solicitations.

Notification of Changes

In the event that these privacy policy terms are changed, we will provide you with fourteen (14) days of notice by E-Mail or through the forum's private messaging system.  During this time, you may choose to opt-out of the updated policy by requesting that your BREAKFALL.NET account and all accompanying information be deleted from our systems.
